Consists of a dedicated team that monitors your alarm system 24 hours a day. A number of signals can be monitored and they are:

Intruder – Alarm activating from set condition, the monitoring station will contact the first available person on the contact list nominated by customer.

2.
|
Hold up/Panic Attack – After panic alarm activation monitoring staff will ring the protected premises and ask for an agreed password to confirm the authorised person is on site. If the incorrect password is given then it is assumed that an intruder is holding the customer under duress. The monitoring station will then contact persons on the nominated list to attend or report the emergency.

3.

Confirmed alarm – As the intruder but more than one sensor has been activated to confirm an intruder is on the premises.
|
|
4.
|
Medical/Fire – Persons nominated on the call out list are contacted to attend the emergency.
