Q. If I have One key for all my locks and I lose it what do I do?
A. Don’t worry contact PoPLocks straight away and we can re code the lock so the lost key does not work and we will issue you with new keys.
Q I need to get a key cut but the key says “Do Not Duplicate”. What does this mean?
A. To protect your security, only you as the system owner can authorise certain key cutting outlets to cut duplicate keys. You will need your keycard to get a new key cut.
Q. Why should I have a security alarm system?
A. If you have a security alarm system, it may prevent the chances of a home invasion, especially a burglary while you are away. Even if a burglar enters the house, the alarm system may cause them to leave sooner.
Q. What should a security alarm system include?
A. Most alarm systems have contacts at doors and/or windows to show when they are opened. These are combined with motion sensors to detect when someone is walking in the house.
